This is an announcement that Denver Public Schools will be hosting a Pre-proposal meeting for the 2019 A/E Project Catalog on May 15, 2018 at 9:00 AM Local Time.
All prospective prime proposers are required to attend this mandatory conference, beginning at 9:00 AM (Local Time) on Tuesday May 15, 2018, at the Abraham Lincoln High School Auditorium located at 2285 S. Federal Blvd. Denver, CO 80219.
Please allow enough time to park and sign in with the school’s main office as a visitor. You MUST be inside the auditorium no later than 9:00 AM to be considered eligible to submit a proposal.
A DPS representative will hold the official time and close the auditorium doors at 9:00 AM – attendees arriving late will be disqualified and shall not be permitted to submit a proposal.
Denver Public Schools will have an MWBE participation goal set for each project within the catalog that will be disseminated at the pre-proposal meeting and in the RFP documents.
Sign In Procedures:
To register your attendance and be considered eligible to submit a proposal, DPS will collect no more than 2 business cards per Firm. The individual whose business card(s) is submitted at the pre-proposal meeting is whom all future communications (addenda, intent to award etc.) will be sent to related to this RFP.
Bid/Proposal Due date is June 19, 2018 10:00 AM
Requirements for eligibility to bid
– Must attend mandatory pre-bid meeting and be on time.
– All addendums released by DPS Strategic Sourcing must be acknowledged.
***ALL PRE-BID MEETINGS WILL START PROMPTLY AT THE TIME STATED, ANY VENDOR ARRIVING AFTER THE SCHEDULED TIME WILL NOT BE PERMITTED TO BID***
There will not be a grace period allowed for vendors arriving late. The DPS project manager conducting the meeting will hold the official time.
