Small Business Emergency Relief Fund (SBERF)

A new round of Small Business Emergency Relief Fund (SBERF) grants has become available.

The program continues to take applications until Sunday, Nov. 22 at 5 p.m. The SBERF provides one-time stabilization grants up to $7,500 to eligible micro and small businesses. The program prioritizes businesses in industries primarily impacted by the pandemic, including:

  • Retail (storefront)
  • Restaurant/food industry
  • Personal care (barber shop, nail salon)
  • Healthcare & social assistance services (childcare & home health care providers)
  • Logistics
  • Small manufacturing

Potential applicants must meet the minimum eligibility criteria of:

  • Less than 25 employees
  • Less than $2 million in revenue
  • Must be located within the City and County of Denver
  • Must have experienced 25 percent revenue decline.
