There is no cost to attend this event. An exhibitor directory will be provided on the day of the event at the registration table.

Exhibitor floor is full, businesses can register for a waitlist position. Available positions will be distributed on a first come, first served basis.

Happens Once a Year

Presented by the Denver Public Schools' Office of Business Diversity

The Reverse Trade Fair (RTF) is an annual event offered by the Denver Public Schools’ Office of Business Diversity. The RTF offers local vendors an opportunity to participate in the largest connection event hosted for Construction trades in the school district.

The RTF is free to exhibit at and participate in. The purpose of this event is to showcase local talent and to help Denver Business owners develop beneficial relationships/partnerships while connecting with DPS Prime contractors, local businesses, DPS decision makers and department representatives.

Attendees and Exhibitors are encouraged to have senior staff with an intricate knowledge of your companies capabilities and work experience attend to maximize the interactions with the Prime contractors and DPS decision makers that will be in attendance.

This event is free to participate in; There is no charge to exhibit or attend this event.

Who should attend the Reverse Trade Fair (RTF)?

Exhibitor

The primary audience for this event has previously been construction and construction related service vendors. That said, with the new virtual format this event has opened up to all services currently being utilized by the district, all are welcome to exhibit who meet in the following parameters.

  • Company located withing the Denver Aurora combined Statistical Area (CSA)Consists of the following counties: Adams, Arapahoe, Boulder, Broomfield, Clear Creek, Denver, Douglas, Elbert, Gilpin, Jefferson, Park and Weld.
  • Hold Diversity certification for MWBE, MBE, WBE or SBE or currently registered as a pre-qualified prime contractor with Denver Public Schools
    Denver Public Schools Departments
  • Previously qualified community partner agencies (if you have not previously participated but feel you have services that would benefit the SMWBE community please email businessdiversity@dpsk12.org)

What is the Exhibitor directory?

A directory of the vendors exhibiting in the Reverse Trade Fair will be provided on the day of the event for prime contractors, event attendees and DPS representatives to reference as they prepare for the upcoming construction season.

What is included in the Exhibitor Directory?

Vendors exhibiting in the Reverse Trade Fair will have their information added to the 2020 Reverse Trade Fair Exhibitor Directory. The information will be distributed to prime contractors, event attendees and DPS representatives and will include:

  • Company Name
  • Product/Service Description
  • Point of Contact information
  • Additional information as provided
  • Current Diversity Certification(s) held

The RTF is free to exhibit at, submissions that do not meet the requirements below will be wait listed and confirmed as space allows the week prior to the RTF.
