Denver is launching a new round of relief grants to support the city’s small businesses most affected by the restrictions in place due to COVID-19. In anticipation of receiving funds from the State of Colorado’s Small Business Relief Program administered through the Colorado Department of Local Affairs, Denver Economic Development & Opportunity (DEDO) has opened the application for this new round of grants, which will close on Tuesday, January 26, 2021 at 5 p.m.
Timing is tight due to the urgency of getting funds where they are needed. Grant criteria and eligibility reflect the new state guidelines. Firms previously awarded DEDO relief grants are welcome to re-apply, although a new application form is necessary.

Priority Neighborhood Small Business Fund (PNSBF) Accepting Applications
The Energize Colorado Gap Fund has extended the application deadline until Wednesday, October 28 at 5 pm. Many communities around our state are undergoing extensive stress due to the devastating wildfires and the recent snowstorm which caused widespread power outages.
To accommodate businesses struck by these events, the Gap Fund has extended the application deadline. Businesses that are still interested in applying should submit their applications prior to the new closing time.
Small businesses with fewer than 25 full-time employees can apply for support through a mixture of grants and loans, up to a maximum of $15,000 in grants and $20,000 in loans for a possible combined total of $35,000 in financial assistance. If you or small businesses you know have already applied, there is no need to reapply.
Gap Fund application deadline extended to Wed. October 28 at 5 pm
