Community Culture Work

Focus Groups

In the spring of 2021, we held focus groups where we invited our approximately 30  Black and African-American families, as well as over 150 Hispanic/Latin@ and Native American/Indigenous families. We discussed positive and negative experiences they have had because of their race, as well as ideas for how we can improve as a school. Please see our community presentation summary on all focus groups for more information.

  • Mission and Vision: The mission of the Diversity & Inclusivity Committee is to foster the growth and participation of underrepresented populations at our school, and to build awareness through education in order to accept and appreciate all members in our community.”
